Keep the gas on at Alp's home in Istanbul
Alp is behind on gas bills after my partner leaving the household and needs $150 to avoid a shut-off.

The gas account is 2 months behind. Alp received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $150 is paid. He had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Alp called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $35 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through summer without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Alp is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Alp's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.

• Reconnection and late fees: $35
• Down payment on a payment plan: $25
