Home care fund for Wichai in Bangkok
Wichai can't afford the care He needs after the death of his spouse; we're asking for $1,200.

I'm caring for my father, who's 88. After the death of his spouse Wichai can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Wichai desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 25 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Wichai worked all of his life as a factory worker, and raised 5 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for six months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.
Where the $1,200 goes:
• Part-time carer (six months): $740
• Medication and prescriptions: $185
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $100
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $175
Thank you so much.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Wichai
Part-time carer (six months) is $740 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. I'll keep the page updated.
Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Wish I lived closer to Epe so I could bring a meal.
hope things get better soon. Get well soon. Don't give up. Thinking of Bangkok.
Thinking of you, Chanida. Shared it with a few friends.
