Help Mehwish pay for valve repair surgery at Islamabad University Hospital

Mehwish was diagnosed with an aortic valve defect in July. The surgeon at Islamabad University Hospital recommended valve repair surgery, and She is scheduled for October. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $870, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $650 short.
my mother has been in and out of Islamabad University Hospital since July. The doctors say an aortic valve defect will get worse without valve repair surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $870 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Mehwish struggles with daily life and can't work a full shift. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 8 weeks. During that time Mehwish won't be able to work a full shift, so the costs keep growing.
