In July an inspector told me that my home has a septic backup. It's a safety risk for me and my newborn. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $2,000 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed roofer who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $260.
The job should take about six hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a roofer and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks for being kind about this.

I hope things turn around soon. My neighbor in Paris donated after I showed her your page.
Wishing you peace. Hope you get there. Don't be hard on yourself for asking.
Rooting for you. This could happen to any of us. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Blessings.
This could happen to any of us. I'm in retail myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you
