He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,350. The registrar has said Kyung-soo can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Kyung-soo has a 3.9 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Kyung-soo would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Kyung-soo isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
