Hudson is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a diploma in hospitality management at Flint Community College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $5,650.
The registrar has said Hudson can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Hudson has a first-class average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Hudson would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Hudson isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $5,650 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $2,750
• Final term tuition: $2,300
• Exam and lab fees: $155
• Textbooks and materials: $445
Every share and every dollar helps.

Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. We're a small family in Nakuru but we're thinking of you. God bless
Rooting for you, Brenda. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Take care.
