Help me pay for cataract surgery at Vadodara Community Hospital

In August I was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes. My surgeon at Vadodara Community Hospital recommended cataract surgery, and I have been placed on the schedule for November. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $1,550, and after what the government subsidy will pay, I'm still $1,100 short. Doctors at Vadodara Community Hospital told me severe cataracts in both eyes will get worse without cataract surgery.
