Volunteer day: Seniors' Tea Afternoon, Amsterdam
Give a few hours to the Seniors' Tea Afternoon - everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.
🇳🇱 North Holland, Netherlands567 views
Every year the Seniors' Tea Afternoon brings together 157 neighbors in Amsterdam. I help organize it with 8 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

thinking of you. I hope things turn around soon. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it
thinking of you and your family, Marcel. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust.
Hope it all works out, Marcel. Shared it with a few friends. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Thinking of Amsterdam.
