Gas shut-off notice: help Noah pay $800

The gas account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on January unless I pay $800. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $65 first, which I don't have. I live with two young children, and going through the rainy season without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
