Help Herman through 6 rounds of treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma
Herman is facing Hodgkin lymphoma and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Herman was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in July. The oncology team at Santa Rosa Cancer Centre has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in September. He will be away from work for about 5 weeks.
Herman is 57, worked as a bus conductor until July, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Santa Rosa Cancer Centre 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,350
• Transport to Santa Rosa Cancer Centre: $190
• Household costs while unable to work: $260
