Ganesh is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a diploma in hospitality management at the Dharan Institute of Technology, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $350. The registrar has said Ganesh can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ganesh has a distinction average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ganesh would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Ganesh isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Dharan Institute of Technology bursar's office.
