Max, Aiden's rabbit, needs urgent treatment for bloat costing $2,800.

Max is my rabbit of six years. On 28 June we rushed to Akron Animal Hospital with bloat. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $2,800.
They have stabilized Max, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Max is more than a pet - Max walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $165 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Akron Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Max's recovery.

• Emergency surgery: $1,900
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $320
• Medication and follow-up visits: $280
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $300
