A first-generation student, Can needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a degree in civil engineering.

Can is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in civil engineering at the Gaziantep Institute of Technology, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,100.
The registrar has said Can can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Can has a 3.9 average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Can would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Can isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the the Gaziantep Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
