Nova needs a lift to the Raleigh Dialysis Unit - can you help one day a week?
A rota of drivers to the Raleigh Dialysis Unit would keep Nova on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Nova has been on dialysis for 2 years and until recently drove to the Raleigh Dialysis Unit alone. After an eyesight problem, Nova can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 12 km each way.
Nova is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

sending good thoughts. Hope the doctors have good news. Love from Giza
Take care. Shared this with my family. Wish I lived closer to Los Angeles so I could bring a meal.
wishing Nova a smooth procedure and a full recovery. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money.
