Artur is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a diploma in hospitality management at the Gdańsk Institute of Technology, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,100.
The registrar has said Artur can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Artur has a top-ten-percent average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Artur would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Artur isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the the Gdańsk Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $1,100 goes:
• Exam and lab fees: $115
• Textbooks and materials: $90
• Final term tuition: $895
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Stay strong, Kacper. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. It's not much but it's yours
