Mental health support for Sara after the loss of my brother
A course of EMDR therapy for Sara could change everything; the cost is $550.

After the loss of my brother, Sara has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Salé cost $30 each.
Sara has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Sara could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Sara, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
