Help Ana with an overdue gas bill before the rainy season

The gas account is 2 months behind. Ana received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $400 is paid. She had never been late before August's medical emergency.
Ana called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $60 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without gas isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Ana is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Ana's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
