Rudi was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes in May. The surgeon at Jakarta Orthopedic Institute recommended hip replacement surgery, and He is scheduled for August. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,450, and after what our health plan will pay we're still $1,100 short.
