Get Imran back on the road: my tuk-tuk repair fund
Without my tuk-tuk Imran can't work; a $300 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my tuk-tuk. 10 weeks ago the gearbox failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $300. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $300 goes:
• Labor charges: $30
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $35
• gearbox replacement (parts): $235
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Wishing you peace. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I have a 7 year old who wants to send good wishes too. God bless.
Thinking of you and your family. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. God bless.
Good luck, Imran. Hope this works out for you. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Take care.
Sending love. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Love from Los Angeles.
