Ziggy is my rescue greyhound of two years. On 23 August we rushed to Fresno Veterinary Centre with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $1,900. They have stabilized Ziggy, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Ziggy is more than a pet - Ziggy walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $210 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Fresno Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals. Where the $1,900 goes: • Emergency surgery: $980 • Hospitalization (2 nights): $420 • Medication and follow-up visits: $185 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $315 Thank you so much.
