Poppy is my three-legged dog of thirteen years. On 24 August we rushed to Coyoacán Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $650.
They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond December.
Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $60 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Coyoacán Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Poppy's recovery.

• Medication and follow-up visits: $95
