I'm facing a visa refusal appeal, with a hearing on December. I earn too much to qualify for legal aid on paper, but not nearly enough to pay a lawyer's retainer.
I'm looking for a qualified employment lawyer licensed in North Holland who might be able to review my documents, prepare me for the hearing, or take the case pro bono or on a reduced fee.
I've organized my documents chronologically, and I'll share them with the lawyer who agrees to help. I can travel to your office in Haarlem or meet online.
I understand that the time of a lawyer is valuable, and I'm deeply grateful for any help or for suggestions of organizations that could assist.
Thank you for reading my story.

Hope it all works out, Martijn. Shared this with my family. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Blessings
Rooting for you, Martijn. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did
Your post was clear and honest. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Blessings
Rooting for you, Martijn. Hope you get there. Wish I lived closer to Davao City so I could bring a meal. God bless.
