Khadija's school year: uniform, books and a laptop
Khadija won a place at the Abuja Selective School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.
🇳🇬 Abuja, Abuja FCT, Nigeria1,799 views
Khadija earned a place in the first year of senior school at the Abuja Selective School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $150, which is more than they have.
Khadija loves robotics and wants to become an engineer. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $150 goes:
• Laptop: $65
• School uniform and shoes: $20
• Textbooks and workbooks: $35
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $30
