Companionship wanted: Ani's local history and a cup of tea

An hour a week, a chat, and a cup of tea - that is all Ani is asking for.

I'm writing for my neighbor Ani, who's 74. Ani lives alone in Bandung, and lost a lifelong friend last year. The nearest family lives several hours away. Ani loves local history, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Sunday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity. No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience. I hope life is good to you.
