Keep the heating on at Payal's home in Pune
Payal is behind on heating bills after losing my job in July and needs $150 to avoid a shut-off.

The heating account is 3 months behind. Payal received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $150 is paid. She had never been late before losing my job in July.
Payal called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which isn't available.
The household includes three children under ten, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Payal is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
