Rabia has worked and saved for three years to study a master's in public health; a $950 gap now stands between her and graduation.

Rabia is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a master's in public health at Antalya State College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $950.
The registrar has said Rabia can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Rabia has a 3.6 average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Rabia would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Rabia isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Antalya State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.

• Outstanding tuition balance: $300
• Final term tuition: $550
• Exam and lab fees: $40
• Textbooks and materials: $60

It's all in the list in the story. outstanding tuition balance is the big one at $300, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. Good question.
