Care for Yves, 79: help cover a carer and medication in Bordeaux
Help Yves stay in his own home with six months of part-time care.

I'm caring for my father, who's 79. After worsening Parkinson's disease Yves can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Yves desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 30 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Yves worked all of his life as a carpenter, and raised 4 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for six months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.

• Part-time carer (six months): $3,150
• Medication and prescriptions: $520
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $240
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $490
