Care for Ssebuliba, 79: help cover a carer and medication in Nakuru

I'm caring for my father, who's 79. After a heart attack Ssebuliba can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Ssebuliba desperately wants to stay at home. I work 50 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer. Ssebuliba worked all of his life as a seamstress, and raised 2 children.
