Legal fees for Volkan's residency renewal in Antalya
Volkan needs $500 for filing fees and representation in a residency renewal before the November deadline.
🇹🇷 Antalya, Antalya, Türkiye1,389 views
Volkan is facing a residency renewal. The hearing is scheduled for November, and the filing fees and the lawyer's retainer come to $500. Three legal-aid offices have said their waiting lists are longer than the deadline.
Volkan has all the paperwork ready, and a caseworker at the Antalya Community Legal Centre has confirmed that the case is valid.
If the deadline is missed Volkan could lose the right to stay with the family and the job. The children were born here and this is the only home they know.
Funds cover only the filing fees, translations and attorney retainer.
Where the $500 goes:
• Attorney retainer: $420
• Certified translations and document copies: $20
• Court-appointed interpreter and travel: $60
Every share and every dollar helps.

So sorry you're going through this, Yağmur. Your post was clear and honest. God bless!
Hope it all works out, Yağmur. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
Hang in there. Shared it with a few friends. Put this on a community board in Indore this morning.
