Back to business - Nasser's comeback in Jeddah
Nasser has run a phone repair counter for nine years; a fire in the building destroyed the equipment, and $2,350 will put it back on its feet.

For nine years I have run a phone repair counter in Jeddah. In December, a fire in the building took a soldering station and testing tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 10 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $2,350 goes:
• Shop repairs and licensing: $390
• Initial stock: replacement parts: $340
• Replacing a soldering station and testing tools: $1,620
With deep gratitude,
Nasser

Take care, Nasser. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We're a small family in Mangaluru but we're thinking of you. All the best
is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Nasser.
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. shop repairs and licensing comes first ($390) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Thanks for asking.

reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. After 7 years in farming I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
Wishing you peace, Nasser. Hope this works out for you. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Blessings.
