Back-to-school fund for Megumi
Megumi earned a place in Year 10 at Tokyo Boys' High School; we're $600 short on required supplies.

I earned a place in Year 10 at Tokyo Boys' High School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the graphic design course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $600, which is more than we have.
I love graphic design and want to become an architect. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $600 goes:
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $80
• Textbooks and workbooks: $155
• Laptop: $365
Thank you for reading my story.

You're not alone. Study hard! Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day
Thinking of you and your family, Megumi. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Blessings
Is there anything that isn't money that would help Megumi?
Sharing the link is the biggest thing. And if you know anything about calculator, stationery and a school bag, advice is welcome too. Happy to explain more.
Sending strength, Megumi. Your post was clear and honest. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. All the best.
hope things get better soon. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I'll check back for the next update.
