Back to business - Hadi's comeback in Jakarta Barat
A small grocery stall in Jakarta Barat needs help replacing a cold-storage unit after a fire in the building.

For fifteen years I have run a small grocery stall in Jakarta Barat. In February, a fire in the building took a cold-storage unit. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 3 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $200 goes:
• Initial stock: fresh produce: $80
• Working capital for the first month: $75
• Shop repairs and licensing: $45
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Hadi.
Sending strength, Hadi. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My neighbor in Quezon City donated after I showed her your page. Blessings.
Thinking of you. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My neighbor had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Greetings from Badagry.
It takes guts to ask. Well done. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. All the best!
keep going, Hadi. Gave what I could, wish it was more. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Take care.
Keep going, Hadi. Hope you make a strong comeback. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
