Don't let Anita's family go through summer without heating
Anita is behind on heating bills after losing my job in January and needs $100 to avoid a shut-off.

The heating account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on May unless I pay $100. I have never been late before losing my job in January.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Anita's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.

• Gas arrears: $50
• Reconnection and late fees: $15
• Down payment on a payment plan: $35
