A place to stay near Taguig Transplant Centre while Edgardo receives treatment
Edgardo is coming to Taguig Transplant Centre for 3 weeks of treatment and the family needs somewhere affordable to stay.
🇵🇭 Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines145 views
My brother Edgardo has been accepted for treatment at Taguig Transplant Centre in Taguig, starting on Saturday in April. We live 153 km away in a town in the north, and hotel costs would use up what we have set aside for the treatment itself.
We're looking for a room, granny flat or short-term rental within about 30 minutes of the hospital, for 3 weeks. Two of us would stay: Edgardo and me. We can contribute $20 a week and cook for the household if you'd like.
Edgardo will have some immune precautions, so a clean, smoke-free place would be ideal. A kitchen is a bonus. Thank you.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like!
Hang in there, Ronnie. Shared it with a few friends. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day
sending good thoughts, Ronnie. Your post was clear and honest. My neighbor in Makati donated after I showed her your page. All the best.
best of luck, Ronnie. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. All the best.
Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. All the best!
Hope things get better soon. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Take care.
Hope it all works out, Ronnie. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
