Ingrid's acute lymphoblastic leukemia treatment fund

Ingrid was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in February. The oncology team at Amsterdam Cancer Centre has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in June. She will be away from work for about 12 weeks.
Ingrid is 55, worked as a bank teller until February, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Amsterdam Cancer Centre 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $2,450 goes:
• Household costs while unable to work: $1,300
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $370
• Scans and lab work: $780
