Kenta is launching a dog-grooming salon and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a dog-grooming salon in Osaka next October. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a dog-grooming salon, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

So sorry you're going through this, Kenta. Hope the shop reopens soon. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Take care.
