Every year the Free Bike Repair Day brings together 528 neighbors in Stockholm. I help organize it with 12 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down. We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers. It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day. If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you. Glad we found this place.

  • Good luck. Shared it with a few friends. Love from Vigo

    • Hope things get better soon. Projects like this are what make a place worth living in. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Thinking of Stockholm.

      • Thinking of you, Oskar. This could happen to any of us. Put this on a community board in Campinas this morning.

        • Thinking of you and your family. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Put this on a community board in Rawalpindi this morning. Greetings from Rawalpindi.

          • Hang in there, Oskar. Looking forward to the next update. Please keep us posted.
