Heating shut-off notice: help Pranav pay $150

The heating account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless I pay $150. I have never been late before January's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
