Tetiana Diana Kovalev
Teaching mentor, Dortmund
- 🇩🇪 Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
- Ashford Community Trust
- Since 2002
- German
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,080 people through Ashford Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
More about Tetiana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Tetiana: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
