Sharmin Tamanna Sikder
Drama and agriculture teacher, Gazipur
- 🇧🇩 Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Northside Technical College
- 2016 to 2025
- English, Bengali
For nine years I was the drama teacher at Northside Technical College. I taught teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Sharmin
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Sharmin: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
