Priscilla Gloria Mensah
Master of blacksmithing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇭 Tarkwa, Western, Ghana
- Tarkwa Works
- 2000 to 2020
- English
I've worked in blacksmithing from 2000 to 2020. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 860 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Priscilla
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
