Keep the electricity on at Noel's home in Makati
Help Noel cover an overdue electricity bill so the household stays safe this winter.

The electricity account is 3 months behind. Noel received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $150 is paid. He had never been late before May's medical emergency.
Noel called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which isn't available.
The household includes an elderly mother, and going through winter without electricity isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Noel is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

• Down payment on a payment plan: $60
