Odhiambo Njoroge Njoroge
Coached wrestling for 24 years in Dar es Salaam
- 🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Willow Creek Football Club
- 1991 to 2015
- English, Swahili
I'm a wrestling coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 670 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.
More about Odhiambo
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Odhiambo: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
