Irfan Naufal Hartono
First-generation students mentor, Medan
- 🇮🇩 Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia
- Crescent Association
- Since 1986
- English, Indonesian, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,160 people through Crescent Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
