Water shut-off notice: help Zuzanna pay $650
A disconnection notice for water arrived and Zuzanna needs $650 before January.

The water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on January unless I pay $650. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $105 first, which I don't have.
I live with three children under ten, and going through winter without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Zuzanna's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
Where the $650 goes:
• Electricity arrears: $380
• Reconnection and late fees: $105
• Down payment on a payment plan: $165
I hope life is good to you.

Best of luck. Shared it with a few friends. I hope January is when things finally get easier.
Hope it all works out. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I'm in social work myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Greetings from Tlaquepaque.
