Plumber needed urgently: Megumi's home isn't safe
A plumber is needed to repair a septic backup at the home of a family of 4.

In August an inspector told me that my home has a septic backup. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $500 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed plumber who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $115.
The job should take about six hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a plumber and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Stay strong, Megumi. Gave what I could, wish it was more. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it
Stay strong, Megumi. Shared this with my family. Greetings from Novosibirsk
So sorry you're going through this, Megumi. Hope you get there. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money.
Sending love, Megumi. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Love from Mangaluru.
Rooting for you. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. After 20 years in social work I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
