Walter needs clippers, chairs and mirrors to reopen a barbershop
A barbershop in Anaheim needs help replacing clippers, chairs and mirrors after a break-in.

For twelve years I have run a barbershop in Anaheim. In August, a break-in took clippers, chairs and mirrors. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 5 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $2,600 goes:
• Working capital for the first month: $730
• Replacing clippers, chairs and mirrors: $1,400
• Initial stock: supplies: $470
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Sending strength, Walter. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Greetings from Jaipur.
It takes guts to ask. Well done. My neighbor had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Greetings from Nottingham.
Hope it all works out, Walter. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. After 28 years in hospitality I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Noida
