Víctor needs my food truck repaired to get back to work in A Coruña

Without my food truck Víctor can't work; a $450 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my food truck. 8 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $450. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my 4 children. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update. Where the $450 goes: • Road tax and insurance renewal: $135 • Labor charges: $200 • Towing and inspection: $115 Thanks for being kind about this. - Víctor

  • praying for you, Víctor. Shared this with my family. Take care.

    • it takes guts to ask. Well done. My mother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Blessings

      • Hope it all works out. Hope the shop reopens soon. After 13 years in construction I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
