Valve repair surgery for Nazrul: covering what insurance won't

Nazrul was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes in August. The surgeon at Gazipur Orthopedic Institute recommended valve repair surgery, and He is scheduled for October. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $670, and after what the government subsidy will pay we're still $500 short.
my son has been in and out of Gazipur Orthopedic Institute since August. The doctors say severe cataracts in both eyes will get worse without valve repair surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $670 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Nazrul struggles with daily life and can't work a full shift. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 5 weeks. During that time Nazrul won't be able to work a full shift, so the costs keep growing.
