Two weekends of roof repair for Alice, a home-care aide in Brisbane
Alice, a home-care aide, needs a few skilled and unskilled helpers for a 1-weekend roof repair in Brisbane.

I'm a home-care aide living in Brisbane. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 2 places, and the living room is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $4,400, which isn't something I can pay.
The good news: a local hardware store has donated the shingles and underlay. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for three or four volunteers who can help over a weekend.
Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is work boots and a hat. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks.
The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too.
Thanks for being kind about this.

I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Love from Kandy.
Keep going. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Greetings from Niterói.
